Kevin's Impressions:

Fantastic amenities, tasty appetizers, a good selection of beer and a great all around atmosphere really make this bar really shine. In fact, McGuires Tavern has so much upside that its a shame that it only earned a 3.5 beer rating. Inconsistent service and high prices brought the score down from what I feel should have been a 4 or possibly 4.5 beer bar. While I don't mind paying $4 for a pint of Guinness or Smithwicks, paying $7.50 for a pitcher of MGD is a tad high for West Allis bar. Prices aside this bar is a must visit due to its food and amenities. High points include three huge LCD televisions behind the bar, a dedicated dart lane and an 80's cocktail arcade machine that has 24 games including my personal favorite Burgertime.

Bivin's Impressions:

A very nice setting for a quiet beer any night of the week. Danny McGuire has always provided ample entertainment with an ever-rotating selection of arcade games and pinball machines. Sports fans will be pleased to know that just about any game can be viewed on the best TV's in the area. Good selection and great atmosphere earns McGuire's tavern one of the best overall ratings on the Stallis Pub Crawl.
